Dual N-Back is a brain training game or memory game that focuses the user to concentrate. N Back training consists of one item on the game board, the item then appears in different positions on the game board during each turn. 1-N means that you have to remember the position of the item, 2-N means that you have to remember the position of the item TWO turns back, and so on. The load factor N can be adjusted to make the game harder or easier. So N-back is really a memory test game where n refers on how many previous stimuli must be remembered.
